With our own group of appraisers and in house professionals we can do a conventional closing in 10 business days.
I Attend Your Closings
As part of my focus on customer service, I attend my closings. If any last minute issues arise I am on site to resolve them. I do all the work in advance so we have no major issues to overcome during a closing. In short, I maintain complete control of the transaction to insure a speedy, efficient closing.
Value Added Realtor Services
To help us both become more successful, I am available to do First Time Buyer Seminars, assist at Open Houses, assist clients with credit challenges, offer financing discounts for new developments, etc.
In-House Underwriting
At Chicago Bancorp we have underwriters working in our office. I do not have to “broker” a borrower’s file out to a lender’s office in another city or state where it may wait days or weeks before it is opened. This translates into very fast processing and approval of loans with closings scheduled more quickly. I am not a broker but a true Mortgage Banker.
No Waiting for Wire Transfers at Closing
Chicago Bancorp is a privately held Mortgage Bank with our own funds to bring to closing. If you have ever been to a closing where the lender did not wire the funds in time you know it is not a pleasant experience. This actually is the normal way of doing business for most lenders.
